I spent Friday chasing shadows, both literal and metaphorical.

The day started well with some potential shadowy footage for Apollon's next live show. I then experienced spatial disorientation without even having to enter Sonarama for Kurt Hentscläger's "Feed". But, I had recovered enough later to maintain a resistance to the shadow-world of Sun O)))

Having missed out on ever seeing "This Heat" live, I thought Charles Hayward might be worth a look - but this should have been left as undiscovered country.

Sonar Night swept the shadows away as a night of full-on entertainment beckoned.
